Senior Estimation Engineer – MEP

We're looking for a detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and competitive bids from project drawings independently.

Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for MEP systems, analyze tender documents, manage vendor inquiries and negotiations, coordinate with project teams, and monitor project budgets.

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting or consulting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in reading drawings and knowledge of local building codes
