Head – Design & Estimation

We're looking for a strategic leader to drive our Design & Estimation function — delivering innovative, cost-efficient interior fit-out solutions while ensuring project profitability.

• Lead design strategy, quality, and compliance across projects
• Oversee BOQ preparation, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
• Drive value engineering and submit monthly project profitability MIS
• Support tendering, business development, and client presentations
• Mentor and manage the design & estimation team
• B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Arch with 7–12 years in interior fit-out / construction/ Modular Interiors
• Strong expertise in BOQ, project costing, and design methodologies
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, and Advanced MS Excel
• ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus
